The devcards.io is a place where I gather tips and guidelines how to write code that is more readable. Each bit of advice, a card, is accompanied with sample java code snippet. I use the cards mainly during code review, as a quick explanation of my points and as a refactoring example that can be followed to make the code better.

The descriptions are kept short and concise in the a hope that the always-busy programmers will more likely flip such cards from time to time, for example while commuting or on a boring meeting. It's never enough to remind ourselves how to write code that can be easily understood by other fellow programmers.

I would love to see your tips or code samples, feel free to mail me at
